At Smiling Cubs, we care deeply about your little one’s comfort and your satisfaction. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help!
🧸 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, socks, washcloths, and undergarments are not eligible for return.
- A complete unpacking video is mandatory for all return or refund claims.
How to Request a Return:

Reason for return
Clear photo of the product (if damaged/defective)
Our team will get back to you within 2 business days with the next steps.
Once approved, you can ship the product back to us.
Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.
