At Smiling Cubs, we care deeply about your little one’s comfort and your satisfaction. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help!

🧸 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, socks, washcloths, and undergarments are not eligible for return.

  • A complete unpacking video is mandatory for all return or refund claims.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at [smilingcubs08@gmail.com] with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photo of the product (if damaged/defective)

  2. Our team will get back to you within 2 business days with the next steps.

  3. Once approved, you can ship the product back to us.

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.


❗️Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

  • Washed, worn, or damaged items (unless damaged upon delivery)
